Mission Statement: Serving all in Christ’s name – we aim to be a caring, growing community, welcoming everyone in worship and outreach. About the Church... The church was originally founded in 1890. Since this time we have moved into smaller premises and have had our centenary in 1993. The church is a member of The Bristol North Circuit and Bristol District we are also an active member of Bishopston Inter Church Group (BIG). Sunday Morning worship starts at 10:30am. The 3rd Sunday of every Month is a Family Service. Evening Worship begins at 06:30pm. The congregation is made up of lots of different people and ages who are all friendly and will make you feel welcome. About our Minister... Our current Minister Audrey Standhaft originally trained as a school teacher in RE ( Religious Education) and History. Audrey spent 7 years in Zimbabwe as a Missionary and in 1977 became a local preacher in Zimbabwe. At this time Audrey received a call to become a Minister and since has moved back to England to fill her call. Audrey is interested in World Church, Justice at Home and Overseas, Young People and an Inclusive Church.
About our Senior Steward... Pauline Harris is our current Senior Steward having responsibility to the Church Council for services and events. Pauline has an interest in young people and has been a Playgroup Leader for the past 13 years.
